Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients to ensure exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the international export market, implementing sales strategies to achieve growth, and presenting sales forecasts and market analyses to the Board of Directors.
- Oversee the entire export process, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and quality standards, and collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the food and beverage market to provide product development insights and ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage pricing, contracts, and negotiations with clients, monitor account performance, and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment and conducting performance reviews.
Prerequisites:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, merchandising, or sales, preferably in the Food & Beverage or Apparel Industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and skilled in Power BI.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and export procedures is an added advantage.
