Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily production schedules to meet company targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with sourcing, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and the timely delivery of finished products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality control standards and production efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, working to implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist with inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning to optimize resource utilization.
- Foster a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
Prerequisites:
- Passed G.C.E. (A/L) with three subjects (in the Mathematics stream)
- Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in a production or operations role, preferably in the food/beverage industry, is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with production planning software is a definite advantage.
- Training or exposure (in-plant) to working with an ERP system is an added advantage.
