Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative assistance in drafting, formatting, and reviewing official documents and reports.
· Manage correspondence and communicate professionally and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
· Assist in maintaining and organizing corporate records, files, and documentation for the company’s legal and governance needs.
· Ensure timely submission of reports and filings to regulatory bodies under the guidance of senior staff.
· Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives and board members.
· Actively participate in learning corporate secretarial procedures, policies, and governance frameworks.
Prerequisites:
· Strong command of the English language, with excellent fluency in both written and spo-ken forms.
· A qualification in Corporate Secretarial Practices or a related field would be an added ad-vantage
· Demonstrated exceptional organizational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Applicants should be below the age of Thirty.
