Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage and support factory staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Handle staff grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
- Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to by factory employees.
- Manage employee training, development, and succession planning programs.
- Administer employee benefit programs and handle day-to-day HR operations.
- Drive initiatives to improve staff motivation, engagement, and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/PQHRM/CQHRM or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
- Proven ability to manage factory staff and complex HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A problem-solving attitude with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
