Position: IT Executive (Kelaniya)
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide first-line technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth IT operations.
· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
· Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and equipment.
· Install, configure, and test new workstations, peripherals, and software, assisting in employee onboarding.
· Maintain and manage the IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of resources.
· Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as required.
What We’re Looking For:
· HND or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
· 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 cloud environment & administration.
· Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
· CCNA certification or familiarity with CCNA concepts is a plus.
· Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to effectively support users and work within a team.
