Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely execution of shipping schedules and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including customs declarations and approvals.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain necessary clearances and certifications.
- Oversee billing, payments, and documentation related to container movements.
- Manage post-shipment procedures, including BL submissions, insurance processing, and customer notifications.
- Maintain accurate records by uploading and archiving shipping documents in the ERP system.
Prerequisites:
- Fully or partially qualified in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
