Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Interpret instructions and project requirements, delivering high-quality graphics, illustrations and layouts for various marketing materials including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, flyers and presentations.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and execute designs that effectively communicate key messages.
- Collaborate effortlessly with diverse teams, understanding project requirements to deliver designs.
- Good understanding of web and print media, publishing requirements and behaviors of digital platforms.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to team members when necessary.
- Assist in other design-related tasks and projects as needed.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Dimension, Blender, Sketch, Figma etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs across various platforms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications.
- Acquaintance with AI tools as Dall-E, Mokker, Midjourney, Jasper etc.
- Experience with 2D, 3D graphics and video editing tools are a bonus.
